So I was pretty eager to watch this movie..my boyfriend can attest to the fact that I was jumping up and down yesterday and dragging him out of bed early to head to the theaters in case there was a line. >_> It has been awhile since Disney has released a 2D animated film...

The movie was entertaining to watch and I would recommend people to see this movie, but as an Disney animated movies fan myself, I felt it was lacking that something special that was in Aladdin, The Little Mermaid, etc. Though the music was catchy, I didn't really feel like it was as memorable or spectacular as "A Whole New World" or "Part of Your World". And although I am years older, I still wanted to feel that awe and wonder I felt when I watched the previous Disney movies. I think the pace of the movie was sped up also. I hate to judge this movie against those older ones, but it's hard not to when those set the standard for what I expect from Disney movies. I would still recommend going to see this movie simply because it is still enjoyable to watch and to support Disney's comeback to 2D animated film, which I sorely missed.

Black Friday & Pig Slippers

So instead of waiting outside Best Buy since he already got his PS3 system online, I dragged my boyfriend to Kohl's at 4am to get some booties to warm my feet since I often get cold feet ;)

I ended up with some very neutral brown indoor boots and he got this...

..for himself (I kid you not!).......though I think I might steal it in the near future...if nothing else, just to protect his masculinity, of course! ;)

So my boyfriend wants a PS3 120gb Slim. This is the first time ever that I will be camping outside a retail store for Black Friday. Yes..envy me. :P

Considering we have gift cards and some rewards coupons, we are going to head to Best Buy and grab their bundle. I hope I don't freeze to death...I'll try and post some pics of the lovely event...

Update: Oh, thank god for being able to purchase this online! Gogo staying up late + technology. (Sorry to deprive everyone of the photos of me half-asleep in front of Best Buy :P )

Pop! Chips

Mmmmmmm!!! One of my roommates left this on the kitchen countertop and I was in a snackish mood...It is now almost gone ~_~ At first, I didn't think I liked it but the cheesy, garlicy aftertaste grew on me and then I couldn't stop.... I would highly recommend these to anyone considering a healthy, tasty snack! (granted the healthy part didn't hit me until after I nearly devoured all of the bag! talk about a perk!)
